Earthy, woody, and smokey with a lovely menthol counterpoint. It makes me think of a walk through a redwood forest on a winter's day. A coarse and moist grind that's very easy to take. Absolutely delicious.
I had the opportunity to compare this new McCrystals production with the original German blend, and I must say it's much better now. More delicate and less astringent. The nicotine hit is almost imperceptible. Bernards Original is refreshing early in the day, when everyone is still asleep.
