SKëLD Metheglin has a medium grind with slight moisture and medium to high nicotine strength. The blend is tobacco-forward with a floral note in the aroma. The tobacco note is the primary flavour component.
This is a snuff where the tobacco base is the strongest element over the flavouring components. The floral component is subtle rather than strong in the overall profile.

Variety: Metheglin
Moisture and grind (I'm no expert): medium and slightly moist
Smell in the pouch: tobacco
Smell in the nose: stingy burn and tobacco aroma, there is something floral there but again very subtle. Everything is so subtly done you don't get hit with any particular scent that I can define. A bit drippy again even though it has more moisture than the first two in this range I tried
Nicotine (I feel it quite easily generally in snuffs just to set the bar): medium to high
Verdict: I normally go either "I love it", "it's ok" or " I wouldn't take it again". i have been looking forward to this one, I wanted more prominent meadowsweet but it's all very subtly done. Its ok
I'm starting to understand and appreciate these artisan snuffs now and their subtlety, they make the tobacco king in the blend.
