Backlog Cleared: We’re Back on Track!

Following the recent changes to the U.S. de minimis rule, all shipping to the U.S. was temporarily paused on August 22nd. We’re proud to announce that Mr Snuff was one of the first sites to re-establish shipping, with our first U.S. parcels leaving the warehouse on September 16th.

Since then, our dedicated warehouse team has worked tirelessly to get your orders moving. From September 15th through September 25th, they have dispatched a total of 2,008 parcels, with a single-day high of 339 orders shipped! We're thrilled to report that the very first batch, picked up on September 16th, has already been delivered to customers under our new 7-working-day express delivery service.

A Note on Shipping Costs

We understand that our new shipping costs are high, and we want to be fully transparent about why. This new structure is designed to provide you with the fastest, most reliable service possible in light of the recent rule changes.

• Seven-Day Express is Our Current Option: To resume shipping as quickly as possible, we had to reconfigure our service to conform to the new rules. This means that a premium 7-working-day express service was the first and only option available. Please know that we are working diligently to re-implement our more affordable shipping rates and hope to introduce them in the near future.
• Your Tariff is Pre-Paid: To eliminate any nasty surprises for you, we are currently absorbing the total tariff cost. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price, you will not be hit with any additional fees when your package arrives. We pay all tariff charges in advance, which also helps your parcel pass through customs smoothly and quickly, further reducing delivery times.

A Look Ahead: We are committed to making shipping more affordable and convenient for our U.S. customers. Our team is actively exploring additional options, including the possibility of a dedicated U.S. warehouse, to further streamline our service and reduce costs.

Bernard - Magic Moments (Black)

A luxurious, strawberry-forward Schmalzler with layers of fig, molasses, and chocolate. It has a medium-coarse, moist grind and a persistent, jammy aroma.

Bernard - Magic Moments (White)

A fragrant, non-tobacco snuff with no menthol. This snuff provides a sweet and refreshing burst with every sniff, offering a unique "candy for the nose" experience.

Bernard - Amostrinha

A perfect blend with a pleasant, non-irritating feel. It features a nutty flavor with a peppery chocolate taste and a lingering spicy note, reminiscent of camphor or mint.

Wilsons - Best Dark

A blend of well-fermented tobaccos with rich, dark, and aromatic smells reminiscent of an old-fashioned humidor. It offers a luxurious flavor with hints of vanilla and lemon.

Wilsons - Irish No. 22

A classic, dry toast snuff with a strong, smoky, and nutty profile. This is a very fine, almost dusty snuff with a high nicotine content, best suited for experienced users.

Babaton - Menthol Green

A moist, medium-coarse South African snuff with clarifying menthol. It has an earthy, leathery, and smoky profile, with the added menthol giving it a cool, crisp finish.
