Simple salted leaf snuff
From Notalynn on the Snuffhouse forum, 2019
About the simplest snuff you can make: leaf ground with a little salt, then sifted. This batch used 4 g of leaf and stems, most likely a Virginia.

None. It's ready to take straight away.
Tasting notes
Strong and fairly sweet, with leather and hay, and a scent that lasts a long time. There's no burn, just a faint sting like after a swim in the sea, and it leaves the nose feeling open.
Notes
To tone the salt down, make a second batch with no salt and mix the two.
