Toasted Virginia gold snuff

A member's recipe for CC Virginia gold flour, adapted to measure by volume.
Tobacco flour scorches and can catch fire in a hot oven. Use a low setting, well below the 300 °C in the original post, and check it often.

Equipment

Very flavourful and enjoyable.
Notes
The original post gives the oven at 300 °C, which is very hot for tobacco, so use a lower setting and watch it closely. A second sift gives a finer grind. Wear gloves for the carbonate.
