波施尔-卡里比克奖学金

This was a snuff I decided to try on a whim. I did not read any reviews prior to trying it, nor did I conduct any research on its contents or history. I just went in cold with no idea of what to expect. Overall, I found it to be likable enough, though it did not equal some of Poschl's more popular offerings. Out of the 10g bag, the snuff produced rich earthy, chocolaty aromas prior to hitting the nose. Each toot delivered a blast of earth, dark chocolate, rum, wood, leather, and raisin notes that were accompanied by a pronounced menthol presence. Hints of straw, cola, mango, pineapple, toasted coconut, and coffee lingered in the background. The grind was perhaps on the coarser side of medium and with moderately low moisture. Nicotine content was moderately high. The snuff sat in the nose well despite the lack of moisture. Really, there was nothing wrong with this snuff. I was hoping for more exotic aromatics and a little more complexity though. I could see it making a solid introduction to Poschl snuffs.

Poschl Karibik Prise is a mentholated snuff that is quite nice.
Grind is somewhat dry and fluffy yet has enough moisture to still be easy to take without fear of it hitting your throat or sneezing. Comes in a 10G bag so it will need to be decanted into another vessel of some sort.

Has a fair amount of menthol with a slight Fruity background. I like to take a pinch of this and then do a pinch of another snuff as the flavor tends to not last too long IMO but what is there is very nice. Blends well with other snuffs (6 Photo Chocolicious especially) but is good enough to stand alone.

This is the first Poschl snuff I have tried that is not a Schmaltzer and will be ordering more offerings from this company and have yet to be disappointed by any of them thus far. For the size, price, and quality this is a decent product for both beginners or experienced snuffers.

Poschl Karibik Prise is a Mentholated snuff that has a musky slightly earthy scent from the bag. If there is any Fruit notes to this one they are on the light side and would not consider this a stong Fruit offering. Grind is about Medium and is easy to take. Has fairly good longevity and a decent Menthol blast. Very happy with this Snuff and only regret not getting more than this 10g bag.
