Eucalyptus boost for a menthol snuff

You'll need Tick as you go

• 10 g menthol snuff
• 5 to 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil

Method

1. Step 1 of 3Put the snuff in a bowl and add 5 drops of eucalyptus oil.
2. Step 2 of 3Mix it in thoroughly.
3. Step 3 of 3Try a pinch, and add more oil only if you want it stronger. Don't go past 10 drops for 10 g.

Notes

Eucalyptus oil is strong, so start low and build up.
