Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at support@mrsnuff.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted. You can always reach us with any return questions at support@mrsnuff.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under the terms above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final sale items

Items in our Bargain Basement collection are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
