Hot toddy lemon and whiskey snuff

You'll need Tick as you go

• About 1/3 tin of Garrett sweet snuff
• Fresh lemon zest, without the white pith
• About 1 teaspoon of whiskey per half tin, optional

Method

1. Step 1 of 3Peel some zest from a large lemon, taking only the yellow skin. You should see little oil spots on its underside.
2. Step 2 of 3Mix the zest into the snuff.
3. Step 3 of 3If you like, add whiskey, about a teaspoon for half a tin.

Rest time

It was good after about an hour.

Notes

The post doesn't say how much zest. Leave the white pith out, because it holds too much moisture and the snuff can go mouldy. Check fruit-scented snuff for mould now and then.
