Rotterdam bergamot, clove and lemon snuff

An old Dutch "odour" snuff from Rotterdam, passed on by the professional snuff maker Jaap Bes. It scents tobacco you've already ground.
Use bergapten-free bergamot oil, sold as FCF. Ordinary bergamot oil contains bergapten, which can make skin burn in sunlight.

Overnight, then it's ready.
Notes
Count the drops carefully and mix until the oil is spread evenly. For a smaller batch, scale all three oils down in proportion.
