Green snuff is tobacco cured to keep the leaf's natural green colour. Rather than the long, dark fermentation that turns most leaf brown and sweet, the leaf is dried and milled while close to its living state, often from candela leaf which holds a strong green through curing. The resulting powder keeps a grassy, herbal character.
The Xian range is our green snuff: a Chinese-made partially fermented base with elegant scent layers, from jasmine and osmanthus to baking bread and chocolate. The fine powder lets each scent come through cleanly on the green base.
