6 Photo Special has a medium grind with moist texture and low to medium nicotine strength. The blend uses dark tobacco with eucalyptus, menthol, and incense notes. Secondary notes include cedar and earthy tones.
The colour is dark black and the moisture content makes it accessible for beginners. The menthol component is light and integrated rather than overpowering. The blend has characteristics similar to moita-style snuffs but with more restrained incense character, allowing the tobacco notes to emerge more clearly.

A nice dark snuff with a bit of musk, a bit of incense, with a nice cooling effect. The cooling effect may be a bit of menthol, I don't know for sure, but it doesn't make my sinuses run like a menthol. It's a nice pick me up that I enjoy. Nice scent, mid nicotine and excellent price make this one, one I will always have handy.
I really like this. Incense, flowers, a little eucalyptus. I was looking for something like Janta Special Mail, but this is better.
How does this compare to Janta red label black/mail? It sounds like it might be a good replacement.
The thing that sets this on apart, from it's stablemates, is a perfect balance of flavors. That, and an overall effect that is second to none. You get high nicotine, that "tobacco in a muslin bag" scent, floral essences like lavender, and opium flowers, and just enough menthol to brighten it up. The effect is amazing. It would be a bargain at three times the price.
